AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

This program is a fun, safe, and encouraging place to be after school! Your child will receive: help with homework, tutoring in skills according to their level in a low student-to-teacher-ratio setting, a meal/snack/drink, an opportunity to play games and settle into some unstructured times after being in a mostly structured environment all day, lessons from the Bible, and lessons in social/leadership skills.

Boys Night Out

A weekly event where boys can learn about life, hear about God, and get a nutritious meal.

Girls Night Out

A weekly event where girls can enjoy “girl time” with women, do crafts, hear about God, and get a nutritious meal.

SUMMER IN THE CITY

This program is a fun, safe, and encouraging place to be during the summer! Hope House will provide your child(ren) with fun and educational activities, a meal/snacks/drinks, lessons from the Bible, and lessons in social/leadership skills.

KASHMERE GARDENS
FELLOWSHIP CHURCH

A church plant pastored by Dave Dozier (Executive Director of Hope House Houston) in Kashmere Gardens working in partnership with Hope House Houston and Light of Victory Church (Pastor Phillip Washington). The Kashmere Gardens Fellowship Church service is held on Sundays afternoons with worship, prayer, a meal, and fellowship.

Other regular events at Hope House Houston include:

  • Annual Thanksgiving Festivals
  • Annual Christmas Festivals (Santa is there with gifts!)
  • Backpack festivals 

We have a fenced-in playground, and are currently raising funds to build a fenced-in basketball court.
